| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、对比分析法,揭示了高校体育志愿组织中面临的诸多问题，提出了在高校建立分层管理机制的可能性与必要性，同时还指出高校志愿管理部门要采用多渠道的培训体系，建立和完善体育志愿制度化建设，更新激励机制以及在志愿服务过程中注重反馈机制运用，从而提高体育高校志愿服务的整体水平。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature study and comparative analysis, the paper reveals the problems faced by the organizations of university sports events volunteers. It discusses the possibility and necessity of establishing a tiered management mechanism in universities. It points out that a multi-channel training system should be adopted by the university volunteer administrative departments. It suggests setting up and perfecting the volunteer system for sports events, renewing the inspiration mechanism and laying stress on adopting the feedback mechanism in the course of volunteer service so as to promote the overall level of the service. |
