| 摘 要： | 国家资助政策的不断完善,有效解决了高校大学生、特别是家庭经济困难学生受教育难的问题。但在资助工作实施过程中也产生了只注重助困而对受助学生的教育、引导不力等问题。文章从规范资助工作制度,健全资助工作监管机制,发挥资助工作育人功能,促进受助学生成人成才,实现全面发展等方面提出具体改进措施。

| Abstract: | The national aid policy,which is constantly improved,effectively resolves "difficult education" issue for college students,especially for the family with economic difficulties.However a variety of problems arise in the process of its implementation.Some teachers may pay more attention to students’ economic difficulties than educating or guiding them effectively.This essay analyzes the the issues exsiting in the process of implementation and puts forward the concrete measures for improvement on the aspect of the normative aid work system,perfecting its supervision mechanism,displaying its educational function,promoting the students to become adults and talents and finally making them achieve all-round development. |
