摘    要:超窄间隙焊接变形小,焊接效率高。在5mm超窄间隙坡口的焊接中,采用焊剂带对电弧进行约束,可阻止电弧沿侧壁攀升,能有效控制电弧的加热区域,提高电弧能量密度,保证间隙侧壁的有效熔合。在超窄间隙焊接过程中,试验装置是实现焊剂带约束电弧和保证焊缝成型的关键。

Abstract:Ultra-narrow gap welding is characterized by lower welding distortion and high productivity.In ultra-narrow welding of the gap of 5 mm,flux strips can constrain arc to prevent it from going upside.Flux strips can control the heating zone effectively and increase the energy of arc to ensure good fusion of the sidewalls.In process of welding of ultra-narrow welding,experiment equipment is important factor which affects weld configuration and constrains arc with flux strips.
