| 摘 要： | 中华苏维埃共和国的建立,使我党首次成为局部地区的执政党,毛泽东作为其领导者,开始了以执政党领导者的身份对国家政权建设的实践。对毛泽东在当时历史条件下的实践予以反思,对于加强当前执政党建设,有着重要的借鉴意义。
