| 摘 要： | 兰州大学100年的历史证明，在经济欠发达的西部省区建设好的大学，离不开国家的支持，但高校与地方的关系也同样重要。改革开放以来，地区差距的拉大、缺少地方政府的大力支持，加剧了西部重点高校发展中的困难。只有在三个方面自强自为，西部重点高校才有可能密切与地方、企业的关系，形成互利双赢的良好局面。
