| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代以来,世界各国制造业飞速发展,人才在制造业竞争中起着不可或缺的重要作用,为此西方发达国家均十分重视制造业人才的引进和培养。对美国、英国、日本等西方发达资本主义国家在制造业人才发展方面的各项举措进行了研究并加以分析;并针对武汉制造业的人才发展战略提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In this essay, the author firstly introduced the status of the human resource in the manufacture in some developed countries. The advanced engineers and technicians are the main component of the whole human resource in manufacture. The western countries put the emphasis on the human resource training. Then, the author analyzed the measures of human resource development in Japan, British and US. In the end a proposal was tabled to how to develop Wuhan manufacture human resource. |
