| 摘 要： | 包公传说源远流长、影响深远,是民间断案传说的代表,其中许多经典情节耐人寻味.本文通过对传说中的"神判"情节的进行分类梳理,在此基础之上分析了该情节在传说流传中的重要作用,由此展现了促使情节产生和发展的社会文化生态.

| Abstract: | The legends about Lord Bao are long in history and far-reaching, among which the folk legends about Lord Bao's settling the lawsuit are representative and many classical plots are intriguing, Through sorting out of the legendary divine judge and the analysis, this essay tries to demonstrate its important role in the folk legend and the circulation, and the origin and development which resulted in the social and cultural ecology. |
