| 摘 要： | 校友资源作为一种宝贵资源,它在促进大学的建设、发展与改革中发挥着极其重要的作用。如何更加有效的应用校友资源,使其成为学校发展的主要动力与源泉。文章从大学校友资源开发利用存在的不足、对大学校友资源的再认识、加强校友资源有效利用的主要措施三个方面对这一问题进行了论述,并提出了通过创新工作方法、强化人才支撑、争取政策支持等相关措施来重视、保护和用好校友资源。

| Abstract: | Alumni resources play a very important role in the construction and development of colleges and universities.This essay makes an analysis into the present situation of alumni resources and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and some suggestions.In order to protect and utilize alumni resources more efficiently,colleges and universities should innovate working methods,provide enough talents and try to win policy support. |
