| 摘 要： | 高职院校可以借鉴ISO9000质量管理体系的基本理念和框架，从高职教学质量管理的基本要素出发，构建具有自身特色的教学质量管理体系。这一体系包括专业与课程建设控制程序、教学运行管理控制程序、教学过程控制程序、教学质量监测控制程序、教学督导控制程序、不合格品控制程序等内容。
