| 摘 要： | 设计了一种可调的油 -水乳化比例混合器。采取容积法进行计量 ,以开关量代替复杂的油 -水比例控制 ,具有结构简单、计量精确等特点。在船舶柴油机进行过流式随车乳化模拟试验中 ,取得良好的试验效果 ,本设计将有利于乳化油的实用推广价值 ,改变过去乳化油难以推广的局面。

| Abstract: | The paper presents a oil-water proportion emulsification mixer,which is designed with simple structure and exact measurement. It means that the experiment of flow emulsification on ship's diesel engine has obtained the good result. The design will obviously favor the spread of oil-emulsification in practical use and change the previous difficult situation. |
