| 摘 要： | 学科建设需要先进的管理理念和高效务实的管理系统，然而，在高校学科建设管理工作中却存在着种种问题，不利于学科建设健康发展．通过对学科建设管理工作存在问题进行具体分析，探索和实践学科建设的管理机制，追求高效务实的管理系统，力争使学科建设真正上水平．

| Abstract: | Disciplinary construction needs not only an advanced management ideas, but also an effcient system. However, there are many practical management factors obstructing the development of disciplinary construction. It introduces our consideration on establishing an efficient and scientific management system in our university. |
