| 摘 要： | 知识共享既是教师专业共同体发展的外在要求,也是教师个体必备的内在质素,但是脱离了一定质与量的社会互动作为其基础,脱离了互惠互利的基本原则,教师专业共同体的知识共享是难以达成的。社会资本的结构、关系和认知三个维度促发教师的知识共享机会、意愿和能力,进而促进教师专业共同体的知识共享包括对于知识创新至关重要的隐性知识共享。

| Abstract: | Knowledge Sharing is not only the external demand of teacher professional community’s development but also the need of the teacher’s internal quality,but it is hard to achieve without the social interaction of high quality and principle of reciprocity.The three dimension,structure.relation and cognition of social capital facilitate teachers’ chance,intention,and ability of knowledge sharing including the tacit knowledge sharing which is vital to knowledge innovation. |
