摘    要:目的/意义]"十三五"期间,高校图书馆在新的信息环境、用户环境和高等教育环境下,必须重新进行自我审视和定位,转型发展势在必行。方法/过程]对"十三五"高校图书馆面临的信息环境、用户环境和高等教育环境进行扫描,通过扫描发现其新的特点和发展趋势,探索新环境下图书馆转型策略。结果/结论]高校图书馆应构建泛在化、智能化和专业化的知识服务体系,创建用户驱动的多类型的数字知识环境,营建创新学习与学术交流的第三空间,塑建基于职能拓展的协作式组织结构。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, in the new information environment, user environment and higher education environment, the university library must remake self-examination and self-position. Therefore, transformation and development will be necessary.Method/process] Through environmental scanning it found that in the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the university library is facing new characteristics and trends in information environment, user environment and higher education environment. Thus the university library needs to explore transformation strategy in the new environment.Result/conclusion] In the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the university library should construct an ubiquitous, intelligent and specialized knowledge service system, create a user-driven multi-type digital knowledge environment, build a third place for innovative learning and academic exchange, and shape collaborative organizational structure based on expanding functions.
