| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 专利竞争力体现高校的研发实力和创新水平。对农林类高校专利竞争力进行分析评价，以期为农林类高校提升专利竞争力提供参考。方法/过程] 从现实专利竞争力和潜在专利竞争力两个层面，制定了三级评价指标体系，包含专利数量、专利价值、专利强度等24个指标，通过规范化和线性加权平均处理，对农林类高校专利竞争力进行评价分析。结果/结论] 分析结果表明，农林类高校相互之间的专利竞争力差距较大，且普遍存在一些短板，如境外专利比例、专利实施率、专利存活率低下，并据此提出了相关对策建议。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The patent competitiveness reflects the R&D strength and the innovation level of universities. The patent competitiveness of agricultural and forestry universities was analyzed, which aims to provide references to enhance the patent competitiveness for agricultural and forestry universities.Method/process] Based on the realistic and potential patent competitiveness, a three-level evaluation index system,which included twenty-four indicators from the aspects of patent quantity, patent value and patent strength, was established. Then, the patent competitiveness of agricultural and forestry universities was analyzed through the standardization and linear weighted average processing.Result/conclusion] The results show that there are many differences in patent competitiveness among agricultural and forestry universities, and there are some common defects in these universities; for example, the foreign patents rate, the patent implementation rate and the patent survival rate are low. According to the results, some related countermeasures and suggestions were proposed. |
