| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]通过对国内移动图书馆用户研究成果的综述,分析讨论移动图书馆用户研究取得的成就和存在的问题,并提出未来的研究思路和内容。方法/过程]采用文献计量法对国内移动图书馆用户的研究成果进行评述,侧重主题内容的分析。结果/结论]当前国内移动图书馆用户研究主要集中在用户需求、用户体验、用户采纳3个方面,未来应促进不同研究者之间的合作,形成稳定的研究团队,构建定性与定量相结合的方法体系,开拓用户满意度、用户认知、移动图书馆成效评估等新的研究领域。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Through reviewing the domestic study on mobile library users,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems, and puts forward the research areas in the future.Method/process]Based on the CNKI data source, this paper uses the bibliometric method to review the existing research on the mobile library users, and emphatically analyzes the subject contents.Result/conclusion]The study concludes that the current research mainly have three themes including user needs, user experience, and user acceptance. The stable teams should be developed between different researchers in the future, and a combined system of qualitative and quantitative methods should be formed. Also, researchers should develop new research fields, such as user satisfaction, user recognition, impact evaluation of mobile library, etc. |
