研究性学习与中小学教师的教育研究

摘    要:目前中小学教师普遍缺乏教育研究行为,不能很好地适应教育改革的需要,特别是不能很好地指导学生开展研究性学习。强调中小学教师研究行为并成为研究者,是教师专业发展的重要领域之一。把教学科研一体化、教科研和培训结合起来,是养成中小学教师教育研究行为的有效途径。

Abstract:At present teachers in the primary an d middle schools are generally lacki ng in the educational re-search behavior,so they can' t meet the need of educational reform,especially can' t guide the students in their research -based learning well.Therefore,emphasizing the fact that teachers in the primary and middle schoo ls should conduct the educational rese arch and become the researchers them selves is the important field of the d evel-opment of teacher' s profession.In order to cultivate t he teachers' habit of conducting the educational research,we should combine their action study,e ducational and scientific research and training.
