摘    要:新课程改革的过程中,教师的权威性一再被弱化,培养和发挥学生的自主能动性成为改革的重点。通过对课堂权力关系的分析,提出了权威性和原创性存在的必要性,课堂中的权力主体要正确认识和尊重两者的整合,寻求两者在课堂权力关系重构过程中的运作。

Abstract:The teacher authority has been weakened in the course of new curriculum reform,the focal point of which is fostering and developing the originality that is characterized by the subjective initiative of students.Through an analysis of the classroom power structure,this paper points out the necessity of the authority and originality,and claims that the classroom power subject should correctly recognize and respect the combination of authority and originality,and explore the operation of authority and originality in the process of the reconstruction of the classroom power structure.
