| 摘 要： | 在技术、资金引进模式下我国高技术产业收益低,在高技术产品出口竞争中,国内背景企业逐渐落后的现实背景下,构建"高新技术企业研发团队海外嵌入特征、知识搜索与创新绩效"的关系研究模型。通过实证分析,揭示了高新技术企业在研发团队层面,现阶段尚面临整体的"海外嵌入性不足",同时也发现了研发团队通过两种截然不同、但并不对立的海外知识搜索路径,分别实现了对国外先进技术保持紧密联系的跟踪模仿的创新模式,和对国外同类技术保持广泛联系的组合创新和国内市场领先的模式。
