| 摘 要： | 排球比赛节奏不能狭义地认为只是比赛速度的控制和战术形成的变更,而应该从整个比赛的思想作风、心理调节、体力因素、攻防技术及战术应变以及临场指挥等多方位加以深刻地剖析,使我们对排球比赛节奏有深层次的认识,从而更好地研究排球技战术的更新与发展.

| Abstract: | The rhythm of volley match should be deciphered that it is not only the changing shift of the pace of competition or tactic formation, but also the further concerning of mind setting, psychological adaptation, physic strength, tactics and competitive skills, and coaching as a whole. So we can obtain a better understanding of the rhythm of volleyball match in order to upgrade the competitive skills of volleyball. |
