| 摘 要： | 当前，大学生犯罪有明显增加的趋势，这不仅表现在犯罪明数上，而且表现在犯罪黑数上。大学生犯罪黑数是审视高校法制教育实效性的反观镜：大学生法律意识淡薄．而高校法制教育乏力是造成大学生法律意识淡薄的直接原因。因此，提高高校法制教育的实效性是当前紧迫的任务。

| Abstract: | The crimes committed by the students in college and university are not only shown in overt numbers but also in the dark fingers. The dark figure of crime is a counter-view refection that we perspective the effective of the legal education in college and university. It presently reflects the university student law-consciousness light present situation and the university education in respect for the law asthenia is the immediate cause to create the university student crime dark figure. Therefore, it is the current urgent duty to enhance the university education in respect for the law the effectiveness. |
