| 摘 要： | 休闲是从文化环境和物质环境的外在压力下解脱出来的一种相对自由的生活。作为一种生活实践,休闲可以满足人们的自我实现的需要,塑造人的自由个性,促进人的全面发展。休闲消费从一个侧面确证和体现人的价值存在和人的本质。在当今消费社会中,我们应该摒弃休闲消费主义,确立科学休闲价值观,促进人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Leisure is a relatively free life that extricates from external pressure of cultural and physical environments.As a life practice,leisure can meet the need of human's self-fulfilment,it can mold human individuality and promote human full-scale development.Leisure consumption confirms and embodies human value existence and human essence from one side.In mass consumption society,we should abandon leisure consumerism and establish the scientific leisure values in order to promote human full-scale development. |
