| 摘 要： | 在实现义务教育全面普及和资源配置均衡后,义务教育优质均衡发展的理念进入当代教育改革的视野。本文从信息技术实现优质教育资源共享、搭建现代远程教育平台、提供E-learning个性化学习方式以及创建虚拟教育社区四个方面论述其对义务教育优质均衡发展的推动作用。
