| 摘 要： | 高职院校校园文化建设应体现"高等性"和"职业性"的双重特性,在传承和弘扬人文精神与科学精神的同时,吸纳行业文化精髓,实现校园文化与行业文化的有机融合。在高职院校校园文化建设中,学校应科学定位高职院校校园文化内涵,凸显高职院校校园文化特色;在人才培养过程中,加强行业技能与行业精神的双重建构;引导教师群体增强行业文化体认,在教育教学过程中践行行业文化精髓;加强高职院校校园文化理论研究,完善文化建设评价机制。

| Abstract: | The vocational colleges should reflect the"higher" and"professional" double features in the cultural construction and receive the essence of industry culture while inheriting and carrying forward the humanistic and scientific spirits in order to realize the organic integration of the campus culture and industry culture.In the construction of campus culture,it is advisable to orientate reasonably the connotations of the campus culture in vocational colleges and to highlight the characteristics of the campus culture;in the process of personnel training it is necessary to strengthen the double construction of the skills and spirits of industry;the teachers should be guided to enhance the group recognition of industry culture and practise the essence of industry culture in the process of education and teaching;the research into the campus cultural theory of vocational colleges should be strengthened to improve the evaluation mechanism of cultural construction. |
