| 摘 要： | 创建绿色客房已是当今饭店业发展的必然需求，然而如何有效“创绿”，客房部仍面临着一系列的矛盾与困惑，主要集中于布草更换、一次性消耗品配备等方面。有效解决存在的问题，要坚持一次性消耗品配备的适量原则．并加强绿色客房宣传力度，合理改进服务方式。

| Abstract: | Building upgreen guesthouse is an inevitable request of today's hotel development, but the housekeeping department still faces a series of difficulties in how to build up green guesthouse effectively, mainly the change of hotel fabric, the equipment of one-time consumer goods and so on. This paper suggests that one-time consumer goods be equipped in a proper amount, the publicity of green guesthouse be strengthened and housekeeping service be improved to solve the problems. |
