| 摘 要： | 通过调研2008年女排比赛38场录像，就国内外参赛各队主力二传手的技能运用效果，攻击得分能力进行统计、对比、分析，比较检验出各国女排二传手的差距与不足，并提出了我国女排二传手培养方向、创新思路、训练对策。

| Abstract: | Through competition video recording of female volleyball team in 2008 and carrying on statistics,contrast and analysis of score ability of main setters from China and foreign countries,we find disparity and insufficiency of setters from various countries and we propose training direction,innovation mentality and training countermeasures for the setters of our country. |
