| 摘 要： | 文章针对新冠疫情实际发展特点改进危机管理双周期曲线,设计出较为完善的图书馆应急服务体系,对四川省内图书馆应急服务进行调查,验证其与应急服务体系的贴合度,再引入黄金分割理论对各图书馆进行应急服务水平分级,最后针对不同等级图书馆提出建议:第一等级图书馆需提高预警意识做好馆内风险应对;第二等级图书馆需创新服务内容,并完善应急服务机制;第三等级图书馆需树立应急意识,并建立完整应对程序。旨在将危机管理双周期曲线运用到图书馆应急服务中,为图书馆应急服务提供理论参考和工作建议。

| Abstract: | This paper improves the double cycle of crisis management to the actual development characteristics of COVID-19 and designs a better library emergency service system.It investigates the emergency services in Sichuan provincial libraries,verifies the fitting degree of the emergency service system,and then introduces the golden section theory to classify the emergency services of the libraries,and finally makes proposals for different levels of libraries.Libraries in the first level need to improve the awareness of early warning and risk response;libraries in the second level need to innovate the service contents and improve the emergency service mechanism;libraries in the third level need to establish emergency awareness and complete response procedures.The aim is to apply the double cycle of crisis management to library emergency services and provide theoretical references and suggestions for library emergency services. |
