| Abstract: | Discounted Cash Flow Method of enterprises' value accounting modes being viewed as logical starting point in this paper, we try to construct enterprises' value divided quota system from the realizing way of maximum value in enterprises, so as to provide theory basis for enterprises' financial staff when they go on scientific enterprises' value management. |
