| 摘 要： | 近年来,美军航母战斗群在我国周边海域活动频繁,特别是去年下半年以来,先后有多个美军航母战斗群驶入我国周边海域进行军事活动,并扬言要进入我国专属经济区内进行活动,这对我国的国家安全利益造成了极大的威胁。本文主要以《联合国海洋法公约》为依据,论证了美航母战斗群在我专属经济区内进行军事活动的非法性,驳斥了美军所谓＂国际海域军事行动合法＂的错误主张。

| Abstract: | In recent years,U.S.carrier battle groups came into the surrounding waters of China frequently.Especially since the second half of last year,there have been several U.S.carrier battle groups entering into the surrounding waters of our country for military activities,what＇s more,they even threatened to come into China＇s exclusive economic zone,which harmed the national security interests.Mainly based on United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea,this paper demonstrates the illegality of U.S.carrier battle groups acting in our exclusive economic zone for military purpose,meanwhile,refutes the wrong theory held by the U.S.military,in which it claims that ＂it is legal to take military actions in international waters＂. |
