| Abstract: | The private equity investments system in China is developing rapidly.However,the corruption in private equity emerges endlessly because of the chronic illness in system and the lack of regulation and legal rules.Behind the scene of the prosperous development,private equity will inevitably face with a serious of challenges and difficulties in the future,which require necessary legal reform accordingly. |
