| 摘 要： | 技术创新是推动产业升级和产业演进的重要动力，而产业演进又为技术创新能力的增强提供了基础条件。因此，技术创新与产业演进是一对密切关联、相互促进的经济变量。尽管学术界已经有相当多的研究文献对两者的关系做出了界定，但它们大多是以案例的形式展开，缺乏理论化的证明和普遍性结论。本文尝试性将产业演进划分为产业初创期、产业发展期和产业成熟期三个阶段，通过博弈模型和不确定性经济理论的运用，揭示出不同产业发展阶段下企业技术创新选择的均衡条件，以期为我国产业政策和创新政策的制定提供决策依据。
