| 摘 要： | 虚拟咨询服务即图书馆和信息机构在网络环境下为用户提供不受时间空间限制的服务。其主要形式有两种:基于电子邮件和基于实时聊天。本文系统地介绍了这两种形式的虚拟咨询服务。
