| 摘 要： | 公民教育是建立健全公民社会的奠基工程,对公民社会理想形态、内在关系、运转方式的构想规定着公民教育的框架和构成。公民教育必须从其社会定位、存在使命、核心内容三方面着眼,科学确定自己的奋斗目标、发展方向和实现手段。
