美国高校篮球后备人才培养机制的内容、特征及启示

摘    要:美国高校篮球后备人才培养机制的主要内容包括招生制度、教学制度、竞赛制度、训练制度、奖励制度以及规章制度等组成部分。美国高校篮球后备人才培养机制的主要特征体现为以学校教育管理为主导、以球员全面发展为目标、以社会管理体制为背景、以政府教育扶持为基础、以法律制度规范为保障等方面。我国应当学习借鉴美国高校篮球后备人才培养的成功经验,积极有效争取国家政府的政策支持,突出高校培养篮球后备人才的主体地位,健全完善高校培养篮球后备人才的制度规范,促进学生运动员的全面发展。

Abstract:Training mechanism of reserving basketball talents in American colleges and universities is itself a complex systems commanding various subordinate components from teaching,competition and training systems to award,rules and regulations systems.The said mechanism is not without many peculiar features.In America,management on campus becomes the key tone when the guidance is needed.The objective of training is to produce players of comprehensive talents.Meanwhile,the training is set upon social management background with municipal support and systematic legal assurance.These experiences can be seen as treasure to gain the support from our government when the policies are duly made.At the same time,the role of cultivating the potential players should be undertaken mainly by institutions of higher learning in China.Thus,the relevant rules shall be established for colleges to maintain the overall development of student players.
