摘    要:本文结合浦东新区教师教育技术能力培训的实际情况,从规划先行、研究跟进、实践探索三个方面着手开展工作,打造了集"培训、研究、实践"于一体的立体架构。培训过程中的协作互助、实践反思、持续改进的专业发展文化,使参训教师获得既接近于其工作流程,又富有新意的体验,让教师在体验中学会运用"中观设计"方法来推动课堂教学的改变,实现教师教育技术能力的发展。
