| 摘 要： | 如今，信息技术飞速发展，网络经济、数字地球、数字图书馆等新技术和新概念蜂拥而至。当人类越来越多地受益于科学技术带来的便利的同时，诸如知识产权保护、信息安全等重要问题日益受到关注。数字图书馆建设不可避免地遇到版权保护以及信息真实性问题，本文主要就数字化作品中所涉及的有关知识产权问题，包括版权问题、版本问题以及技术保护与信息安全等进行讨论。
