| 摘 要： | 通过对一些高校组建期刊中心这一办刊和管理模式的分析,认为组建高校期刊中心具有如下好处:可以得到学校财力和物力上的更多投入和支持;利于编辑部之间资源共享,扩大向外交流和合作,提升刊物竞争力;便于编辑部之间的交流与合作,提高审稿和发稿的效率;还可以提高经济效益稍差的编辑部人员的待遇,利于调动大家的积极性.
