| 摘 要： | 西方社区警务以警方为主体，组织、发动社区公众，共同预防犯罪的活动，而社会治安综合治理是我国解决社会治安问题的基本方针和政策，其重心是犯罪防范，其工作基础是依靠群众，走群众路线。对二者的比较和析评将会对我国今后的防范、打击犯罪工作具有积极的作用。

| Abstract: | On police affairs, the police side is the main body in Western countries that organizes and arouses the public of the social district to prevent the crime offence jointly. Social public order by comprehensive govern in China which is the fundamental general and specific policies to solve the problems of social public order, its heart is to prevent the crime, and its work foundation depends on the masses and follow the mass line. To analyse and evaluate both should prevent and hit the crime and should possess positive action to China from now on. |
