民营酒店员工职业成长路径

摘    要:酒店员工的职业成长路径,不仅反映了员工的工作经历,而且也是对酒店行业发展环境的客观写照.通过对民营酒店人力资源研究的相关文献进行梳理,确定了文章的研究问题,以民营酒店的员工为研究对象,将酒店员工分为决策层、管理层、执行层和操作层,基于影响较大的职业成长三维路径模型,文章建立了酒店员工的职业成长路径模型,并以晋江H酒店为例,对各个层级员工的职业成长路径进行研究.

Abstract:Occupation development path of the hotel staff not only reflects the work experience of staff but also mir- rors objectively the environment of hotel industry development. I determine the research question of this paper by sorting out the relevant literature about the study of human resources on private hotel. This article regards the staff of private hotel as the research target, and divides staff into three: strategic, administrative, executives and operat- ing layer. Based on the influence on occupation development path of the three - dimensional model, and taking Jin- jiang H hotel as an example, the paper establishes the occupation development path model on the hotel staff, and researches on occupation development path for each level of employees.
