分层教学之隐性分层教学模式研究

摘    要:基础教育布局调整与高等教育的扩招都加剧了中学规模的扩张,增多的生源,使得学生之间在能力、水平、基础等方面的差异越来越明显。面向所有学生“一刀切”的班级授课制难以适应扩张后“巨型中学”和“巨型班级”的教学实际。集体同质施教无益于不同学生的差异性发展,因而分层教学这个也颇多争议的教学模式客观上更加具有现实意义。班内隐性分层教学等分层教学的新模式更以彰显全体学生个性全面发展的宗旨而充满活力。

Research on Implicit Hierarchical Teaching Mode as a Form of Hierarchical Teaching

Abstract:The adjustment of basic education distribution and the enrollment expansion of higher education have exacerbated the expanding scale of secondary schools, resulting in the increase of students and more and more significant differences in students' ability, level and basis. The"one-size-fits-all"classroom teach-ing system can hardly adapt to the teaching reality of"mega sec-ondary schools"and"giant classes"after the expansion. Homo-geneous collective teaching is not conducive to the individual de-velopment of different students, so hierarchical teaching, though a controversial teaching mode, is of more realistic significance. New modes of hierarchical teaching including classroom implicit hier-archical teaching are full of vitality,as they highlight the compre-hensive individual development of the whole students.
