| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国的高校不断扩招，高等教育不断发展。与此同时，高校思想政治辅导员的重要性也越来越得到体现。本文通过对高校思想政治教育的理解，结合高校思想政治辅导员的概念分析得出高校思想政治辅导员存在的必要性，然后从高校思想政治辅导员的角色分析入手，分析得出高校思想政治辅导员所起到的作用。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the enrollment of China＇s universities is continuously expanding and higher education is unceasingly developing. Meanwhile, the importance of university ideological and political counselors is more and more embodied. Based on an understanding of university ideological and political education, combined with the concept of university ideological and political counselors, this paper worked out the necessity of counselors in university ideological and political education, and then from ana-lyzing the role of them, elaborated the role they play. |
