| 摘 要： | “微时代”的到来给传统的高校思政教育工作带来了前所未有的挑战。高校思政工作者应正确、全面认识微博给高校思政教育工作带来的双重影响，化挑战为机遇，在结合实际工作的基础上，从更新思政教育理念、创新思政教育内容、构建良性互动平台、创建信息发布平台、培养微博意见领袖、完善相关激励机制、创建舆论监测平台等方面着手，充分发挥微博的积极作用，不断推进高校思政教育工作的开展。

| Abstract: | The advent of the ＂micro-age＂ has brought unprece-dented challenges to traditional university ideological and politi-cal education. University ideological and political workers should correctly and comprehensively learn the dual influence of mi-croblog on university ideological and political education, trans-form the challenges into opportunities, and based on practical work, give full play to the positive role of microblog and continu-ously impel the implementation of university ideological and po-litical education, from updating ideological and political educa-tion ideas, innovating ideological and political contents, con-structing effective interactive platforms, establishing information release platforms, cultivating microblog opinion leaders, perfect-ing relevant incentive mechanisms, and creating public opinion monitoring platforms. |
