| Abstract: | The woman 3000-meter steeplechase in China is now beginning to develop. This paper analyses the physical strength and skills of Chinese female athletes. It then emphasizes the importance of self-confidence. Finally, this paper indicates the opinions on the feasibility of swiftly advancing this newly-developed item. |
