| 摘 要： | 借鉴破坏性创新理论,提出企业应对新兴技术的跃迁模型。通过案例分析认为,企业在制定技术战略时,应先使技术满足消费者预期的基本功能,把战略重点放在以降低成本尽快获得较大规模市场份额上,然后争取或强化技术领先地位。

| Abstract: | Modifying the disruptive innovation theory,authors develop a transition model for explaining the selection of emerging technology for a firm.By analyzing a case the paper argues when concerning strategy of emerging technology a firm firstly provides those technologies with the expected fundamental functions satisfying with customers,and focusing on cutting cost due to get larger market share,and then pursuits or strengthens the leading position in technology. |
