| Abstract: | Since the last seven years or so,the reform of non-profit scientific research institutions has made important progresses.On the basis of deeply investigating and analyzing the present situation of non-profit scientific research institutions in China,this paper expounds their conception、confirmation and the theoretical grounding.Then referred to the last-seven-year practice and the foreign experience,it probes into the China's operative pattern of non-profit scientific research institutions. |
