| 摘 要： | 社会网络和信任在理论和实践上被认为对创新具有促进作用，然而鲜见实证验证。本文从企业的层面探讨社会网络、创新、信任三者之间的关系，并给予实证检验。论文首先回顾了社会网络、创新和信任的相关理论，在已有理论基础上提出了三个假设；然后,以2001年世界银行对中国998家制造业企业的调查数据来分析验证上述假设；最后，根据实证分析的结论，结合国内实际情况为企业提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | Social network and trust are theoretically and practically considered to be promotions of innovation,but there is little empirical study.This paper studied the relationship among social network,innovation and trust based on enterprises.First,the paper reviewed theories of social network,innovation and trust between enterprises.Based on these theories we put forward three hypotheses.Secondly,the paper analyzed and attested these hypotheses using the data of 998 manufacturing enterprises,which were investigated by World Bank in 2001.Finally,according to the conclusion this paper put forward several corresponding suggestions to enterprises. |
