中国科学院中青年杰出科技人才的年龄特征

摘    要:通过对227名中国科学院50岁以下杰出科技人才的统计分析,研究其成长过程中表现出的年龄特征,上世纪90年代后我国自己培养的博士已成为杰出科技人才的主体部分。这一年龄特征与国际科技人才成长的一般规律一致,但是,在完成博士研究工作并进入职业科研活动方面,稍晚于诺贝尔科学奖获得者。

Abstract:By a statistical study on 227 CAS scientific talents younger than 50-year old,the author finds the age character in their scientific life: being awarded doctorate degrees at 28-year old,funded for independent researches firstly at 31,developing their research ability to the top at 36-40 and maintaining the high ability to 45.The author also finds that the doctors educated in China since 1990 have occupied the main part of the scientific talents group.According to the age characteristic,the author suggests to further fund the doctorate researches and the independent researches of the talents near 31-year old,and pay more attention to the young talents educated in China.
