| Abstract: | Taking the professional sports athlete as the object of study and taking them as one kind of human resources,this paper has analyzed the necessity of implementation achievements appraisal.According to the athlete professional characteristic,from inspection content,target quantification degree and modular target construction,it carries on the multi-dimensional elaboration and the system construction to the professional athlete achievements inspection target. |
