| 摘 要： | 论文提出图书馆的核心价值是它的文化传承功能;从图书馆的文化传承功能角度分析可以看出,我国图书馆事业存在着发展不平衡、管理混乱、经费不足、人员结构不合理等诸多问题;图书馆事业的法律彳艺和制度化是实现图书馆核心价值的根本保障.

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the fimction of culture passing down is the core value of library;By analyzing the library's function of culture passing down,we can find many problems in the library undertaking of our country,such as no-balance development,management bedlam,short of money,unright of staff's composition,etc;The building of law and system of library enterprise is the fundamental guarantee for the realization of library core value. |
