| Abstract: | IT governance is an enterprise strategy-oriented process of continuous improvement by means of improving IT application process and IT service to prevent IT risk and ensure the effective use of IT resources. This paper describes the importance of constructing IT governance system and presents the model of constructing an IT governance mechanism in the oil products distribution companies based on the practice of IT governance in SINOPEC Hebei Oil Products company. |
