| 摘 要： | 南通实施与上海、苏州一体化发展的沪苏通“金三角”发展战略，具有诸多有利条件，面临极好的发展机遇，同时也存在着不容忽视的制约因素。放大有利条件，抓住发展机遇，化解制约因素，以正确的思路选择科学的途径，是南通“金三角”发展战略取得成功的关键。
